William Robert (Bill) Parrott went home to Our Heavenly Father on July 18, 2017.
Bill was born on September 16, 1953, in Berkeley, California, to June Lillian Mathurin and Lee Caroll Parrott. Bill graduated from Whittier High School, Whittier, and USC in Los Angeles, where as "Vocalist of the Year" sang the national anthem at the commencement exercise.
Bill was a man of integrity, honesty, and gentlemanly ways.
As Service Advisor in the automotive industry for 35 years, he received several national awards. He enjoyed political discussions and was a professional level billiards player.
Bill is survived by his wife of 37 years, Letitia, and their four daughters: Jacqueline Leigh Ann Jones (James Conrad); Laura Marie Parrott; Veronica Jeanne Lowrance (Zechariah John); and Catherine Lillian Parrott. He has four grandchildren: Emily Ann, William Jorge, Jessica Ann, and Morgan Wilder; and his dog, Molly.
Bill is survived also by his sister, Dr. Beau Stocking, of Burbank, California. He is preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service will be held at Sand Springs Baptist Church, on Friday, July 28, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. All are welcome.
