Services for Cynthia Diana Polk of Canton will be held Monday, August 29, 2016 at 10am at Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home in Mabank, TX with Brother Nottingham officiating. Interment will be held Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at 10am at The Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. Cynthia was born on December 22, 1961 in Dallas, TX to parents Frank and Joanne (Epperson) Leach and entered into eternal rest on August 23, 2016 at the age of 54. Cynthia loved "The 5 mile classifieds" and crafts. But most of all she enjoyed being with her grandchildren. For five years she worked as the manager at The Soda Fountain in Canton; a place where you could step back in time and also worked for CNF Cleaning Company. Cynthia attended Living Vine church in Mabank. She was an amazing woman who was loved and cherished by many and will be missed by all who knew her.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents; Roger Leech and Beverly Leech and cousin Michael Epperson.
She is survived by her loving husband of 25 years, Frank Polk of Canton, son Austan Myers of Canton, daughter Destini Culvert of Canton, brother Jeffery Leech and wife Tammy Baczkieqicz of Mabank, 25 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, sister Michelle Worth and husband Denny of Houston, sister Kimberly Wilkerson and husband Ricky of Spring, brother Michael Leech of Humble, other loving family members and many more friends.
Pallbearers will be Christopher Dawson, Joseph Murrel, Brett Killian, Austan Myers, Jaspen Leech and Cody Hines. Jeffery Leech and Lynn Hines will be serving as honorary pallbearers.
